Welcome the spring season with a virtual wildflower adventure to the southeastern United States. In this webinar, you will join Curator-Assistant Director Emily Ellingson on a journey through Kentucky’s landscape to learn about common and not so common spring ephemeral wildflowers. From the Kentucky river palisades of the central Bluegrass region to the mountains of Appalachia, botanical diversity and beauty abound. We’ll also take a look at some of the wildflowers that spring up on the island.
