Open House at PHA: A Staff Housing Update

Visit Polly Hill Arboretum’s new staff housing site to learn about the project and get the latest updates on our staff housing initiative!

In September we broke ground on a construction project several years in the making — two 1,000 square foot energy-efficient, environmentally friendly structures just north of the PHA Visitor Center. Skilled and qualified staff are essential to carry out the Arboretum’s mission, and these dwellings will help to ease the burden of the Island’s housing crises on our organization and increase our ability to hire and retain a full roster of staff.

We look forward to sharing our progress with those who have generously contributed to this campaign so far. This event will also serve as an introduction to the project for those who would like to find out more. We invite donors and members of the public to join us on the second Saturday in November to see the staff housing site in person. Coffee and pastries will be served. Please park in the PHA Visitor Center parking lot. This event is free & open to the public
