Fall Appeal
Dear Friends,
PHA is a place where plants and people come together—where meaningful connections are made between a landscape that respects the past, a public garden that inspires into the future, and an institution that supports the community every day. Season to season, I notice and appreciate the results of your support in our grounds, our plant collections, and our innovative programs.
While we continue to plan for the future, we do so within a challenging economic climate that has impacted our operations. Like many not-for-profit organizations we have set aside several planned initiatives; yet, at PHA we are as optimistic as ever. We know that growth is enduring and we are confident it will continue.
We send you this appeal asking for your help maintaining our steady and healthy growth. Voluntary contributions to our appeals are an opportunity to support PHA in addition to membership dues. Gifts support our daily operations such as maintaining the grounds, caring for the plant collections, organizing school group tours, operating our greenhouse, and developing our adult education programs. We will use your gift wisely to meet practical needs.
